Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains, in plain words, what personal data HOPERA DESIGN® collects when you visit hoperadesign.com or buy from us, why we use it and what rights you have under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Spanish data protection law (LOPDGDD).

4. Who we share it with
We never sell your data. We share only what is necessary with trusted providers who act on our behalf:
- Shopify (e-commerce platform and hosting) and our payment providers (e.g. Shopify Payments, PayPal, Klarna);
- shipping carriers, to deliver your order;
- email marketing tools (Shopify Email / Klaviyo), only if you subscribe;
- analytics and advertising tools: Shopify Analytics, Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, Meta (Facebook and Instagram) Pixel, TikTok Pixel — only if you accept cookies;
- our tax advisor and public authorities, when required by law.
5. International transfers
Some providers (such as Shopify, Google, Meta and TikTok) may process data outside the European Economic Area. In those cases the transfer is protected by an EU adequacy decision (such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework) or by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
6. How long we keep it
- Order and invoice data: for as long as required by tax and commercial law (generally 6 years).
- Customer account: until you delete it.
- Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.
- Cookies: for the period stated in our Cookie Policy.
7. Your rights
You can at any time ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your data, object to its use, or withdraw your consent, by writing to info@hoperadesign.com. We'll reply within one month. If you think your rights have not been respected, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, www.aepd.es).
8. Security
Our site uses an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and payments are processed by PCI-DSS certified providers. Access to your data is limited to the people who need it to serve you.
9. Children
Our store is not intended for people under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their data.
10. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows the latest version.
