Refund policy

We want you to love your HOPERA DESIGN® piece. If it's not right, you have 14 days from delivery to return it for a full refund of the item price.

1. How to return in 4 steps

  1. Write to us at info@hoperadesign.com within 14 days of delivery, with your order number and the items you want to return. No explanation needed.
  2. We confirm your return within 2 working days and send you the return instructions.
  3. Pack and ship the items with a tracked service to:

  4. Get your refund within 14 days of us receiving the items, on the original payment method.

2. Conditions

To be accepted, items must be:

  • unworn, unwashed and undamaged, with no odours (perfume, smoke, deodorant);
  • returned with their original tags and packaging;
  • sent back within 14 days of the date you told us you want to return them.

We can't accept items that have been worn, washed or altered. Prints must be returned in their original protective packaging.

3. Return shipping costs

Return shipping is paid by the customer. It costs about the same as standard shipping to your country: you'll find the current rates in our Shipping Policy.

For returns from outside the EU, please mark the parcel as "Returned goods". Any customs fees charged to us on a return will be deducted from the refund.

4. Refunds

  • We refund the price of the returned items within 14 days of receiving them, using your original payment method.
  • The original shipping cost is refunded only if you return the whole order and paid for standard shipping (as required by EU law).
  • You'll receive an email as soon as your refund is processed. Depending on your bank, it can take a few more days to appear on your statement.

5. Exchanges

We don't offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, return the item for a refund and place a new order: it's the fastest way to get the right size before it sells out. Check our Size Guide before ordering.

6. Faulty or wrong items

If you receive a damaged, faulty or wrong item, write to us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll cover the return shipping and send a replacement or a full refund, as you prefer. Your legal guarantee rights as a consumer (3 years for lack of conformity in Spain) are not affected by this policy.

7. Right of withdrawal (EU)

This policy gives effect to your legal right of withdrawal under EU consumer law. To exercise it, a clear statement by email to info@hoperadesign.com is enough. You can also use this model text:

To HOPERA DESIGN, Carrer de Huelva 100, Local, 08020 Barcelona, Spain — info@hoperadesign.com. I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the sale of the following goods: [items], ordered on [date] / received on [date]. Name, address, date.
