Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide prepaid return labels. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate the issue and find a solution.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Personal care products (such as beauty items)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return your item and make a separate purchase for the new item after your return is accepted.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For merchandise shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason.
As stated above, the item must be returned in its original condition, unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.


Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that banks and credit card providers may take additional time to process and post the refund.
