Orders and shipping

Is shipping free?
Yes, on all orders over €100 to Spain and the European Union. Below that, standard shipping starts from €4.99.

When will my order arrive?
We prepare it in 2–4 working days. Then delivery takes 2–5 working days in Spain and 4–10 working days in the rest of the EU and the UK. See all destinations in our Shipping Policy.

How can I track my order?
As soon as it ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking link.

Do you ship worldwide?
We ship to the EU, the UK, Switzerland, Norway, the USA, Canada, Japan, Australia and other selected countries. We currently do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla.

Will I pay customs fees?
Not within the European Union. For orders outside the EU (for example the UK, Switzerland or the USA), local import duties and taxes may apply and are paid by the customer.

Can I change my order or address?
Yes, as long as it hasn't shipped yet. Write to us as soon as possible with your order number.

Returns

Can I return an item?
Yes, you have 14 days from delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed and with their original tags. Return shipping is paid by the customer.

Can I exchange for another size?
We don't offer direct exchanges: return the item for a refund and place a new order for the right size.

When will I get my refund?
Within 14 days of receiving your return, on your original payment method. Full details in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Products and sizing

How do your pieces fit?
Each product page shows the fit and has a size chart. Check our Size Guide before ordering.

What are the artworks on your pieces?
We reinterpret masterpieces of art history, from Art Déco to Japanese ukiyo-e, that are in the public domain. Each product page tells you the artist and the story behind the work. Art to the People.

How should I care for my garment?
Machine wash at 30°C, wash and iron inside out, and don't use a tumble dryer. This keeps the organic cotton soft and the print vivid for longer.

Will a product I like be restocked?
Some pieces are produced in limited runs. Subscribe to our newsletter to be the first to know about restocks and new drops.

Payment

Which payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and Klarna, plus local methods such as Bizum, Bancontact and BLIK, depending on your country. You'll see all the options available to you at checkout.

Is paying on your site safe?
Yes. The site uses an encrypted connection, and payments are processed by certified providers: we never see your card details.
